This dazzling handmade beaded bookmark is named after Anita Page, a lovely woman who was known for her poise and grace.

Anita Page became a Hollywood darling during the late 1920s and, at the peak of her popularity, was known as “the most beautiful face in Hollywood.”

She started her career in 1925 and retired in 1936 at the age of 26.

Anita’s early retirement was due to being sidelined after turning down inappropriate demands by oppressive producers.

In 1996 she made a comeback to star in a series of horror films.

It was during this timeframe that she provided us with a series of interviews.

This beauty passed away peacefully in her home in 2008 at the at of 98.
